Join Us for an Exclusive Evening with Amazing Food and Wine

One of the things we are extremely passionate about here at The Yellow House is food. This will not a surprise to anyone who has eaten one of our three-course breakfasts in the past month; we have been experimenting with all sorts of new recipes to “up our game” for breakfast. Creme Brule French Toast, Cinnamon mini muffins drizzled with icing, and ham and egg cups with salsa have all made it into the updated menu. (There have been a few duds along the way, but we won’t mention those…)

Punchline: we love to create great food experience for guests. We want each and every person who sits at that giant Cherrywood table to be walk away feeling like they just enjoyed something really special.

Another thing we love: wine. Chad is a total wine nerd, in fact. He used to plan all of his vacations so he could visit wine regions. From the Barossa Valley in South Australia to the icewine regions of British Columbia, Chad has tasted a lot of wine – he even makes his own! (He also started dragging Josh along with him on those trips after they met.)

So to better share our passion for food and wine, we are trying something completely different – a pop-up wine tasting dinner on February 22nd. We are very excited to partner with local celebrity chef, Matt Kuver, who has honed his culinary craft at places like The Swag, Frog’s Leap Public House, Bourbon Barrel Beef & Ale, & Mad Anthony’s. Matt will share his culinary genius with our guests for one very special evening, and Chad will be leveraging his expertise in wine to make interesting and delicious wine pairings with each course.

Simply book a stay at The Yellow House on the evening of Saturday, February 22nd and you will get to attend this special dinner at no additional charge. No extra tickets to buy – just be one of those to book one of our 10 rooms (there are 5 remaining at the time of this blog post) and enjoy a wonderful dinner, have a restful night in your room or suite, then come back the next morning for one of our signature breakfasts!
